To enroll for a course at Diakonia Training Institute:

You can conveniently apply by filling the online preliminary application form provided here.

The official application form is available for downloading from our downloads link provided under the Resources menu. Download the application form and fill-out the hard copy accordingly. Attach copies of relevant Academic Certificates and two recent passport-sized colour photos. Submit it in person to the Administration Office at Diakonia Training Institute, with the requisite fees paid.

Our Offices are open from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM and  between 9:00AM and 1:00PM on Saturdays. We remain closed on Sundays and during public holidays.

Students with foreign qualifications looking to be enrolled for academic courses examined by KNEC or TVET CDACC are advised to equate their certificates via the Kenya National Qualification Authority portal https://qa.knqa.go.ke/ before they can be enrolled for the course or sit the external exams.

* We have both evening, Saturday and regular programmes. Evening lectures commence at 5:30pm – 7:30pm (Monday – Friday). Saturday Classes run from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Fee Payment

All fees payable to the institute are to be paid either via Bank deposit, bank transfer or mobile money. No cash payments are allowed.
Diakonia Training Institute has a caveat for the payment of these fees in installments terms. Kindly liaise with the administration office for more information
