Formal application for admission is made on an application form provided by Diakonia Training Institute.

The form is available for downloading from our downloads link provided under the Resources menu. Download the application form and fill-out the hard copy accordingly. Attach copies of Academic Certificates, two passport-sized colour photos. Submit it in person to the Administration Office at Diakonia Training Institute, with the requisite fees paid.

Our Office are open from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM and  between 8:00AM and 1:00PM on Saturdays. We remain closed on Sundays and during public holidays.

* We have both evening, Saturday and regular programmes. Evening lectures commence at 5:30pm – 7:30pm (Monday – Friday). Saturday Classes run from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
