We, as the management of Diakonia Training Institute, are grateful for having you as our valued student and for the great support you have continuously accorded us. We would not be where we are today were it not for your support, and for this we say a big thank you.
In the recent years, there have been major disruptions that have shaken every aspect of our lives. Businesses have been shaken to the core with a number of enterprises having to close down. Some notable events that have taken place include:
- The onset of COVID-19 Pandemic
- The disruption of the school calendar occasioned by COVID-19
- Sky-rocketing inflation within Kenya
Despite these and many other challenges that we continue to grapple with, our focus remains on ensuring that we give our students the best quality wholesome education and value for their money. We also ensure that our processes continue improving through your valued feedback and learning from the best in the industry.
In order for us to remain competitive and to offer quality services at the most affordable rate, we’ve have had deliberations for several months, putting different factors into consideration and thinking the best for our Diakonia family. One of the viable decisions arrived at was to review our tuition fees slightly upwards. This is in a bid to ensure our processes remain top-notch without compromising on quality.
Effective 1st January 2023, we shall be changing our prices for all our academic courses. The new prices will affect both new and ongoing students. In summary, students taking certificate courses will now be required to pay a termly fee of KSh 13,000 while those pursuing Diploma courses will be charged a minimum termly fee of Ksh 15,000. Students will also be required to purchase a college-branded T-Shirt from the administration office. The T-Shirt is to be worn on Thursdays by all students.
Kind regards,
Diakonia Training Institute Management
